Turnaround Time
All items are custom made and typically ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase.
During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, etc.), turnaround may extend to 3-4 weeks.
Rush options may be available for an additional fee-please message before purchasing.

Custom Orders
Personalized items are made exactly as written in your order notes. Please double-check spelling,
monograms, and thread colors.
If we need clarification, we'll reach out via the email or number you provided. Delays in response may impact
turnaround time.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an item has been personalized.
If there's an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we'll make it right.

Shipping
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by USPS or other carriers.
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Local pickup (if available) will be notified when your order is ready.

Design Proofs
We do not send design proofs unless requested at checkout.
Please note slight variations in color or placement may occur, as each item is individually stitched by hand.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering.
Orders will not be started until payment is received.
